Fest Budapest<\/b> \u2013 live!<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\">If you\u2019ve ever seen a performance of Mercedes\u2019s Nymph Oriental Dance Company, you know what style, mood and approach you can expect of this group project: a performance of an artistic stage choreography with a special focus on expressivity, storytelling and group cohesion.<br \/>\n<strong>You will receive personal guidance and feedbacks from Mercedes along the way.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\">Aim: gaining experience on every level, technical growth, enhancing creativity, being part of a supporting and motivating ambient of an international group of dedicated dancers, perform an artistically challenging piece on an important stage of the bellydance community, and enjoy every step along the way.<\/span><\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1646306470885{background-color: #e8e8e8 !important;}&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Style:<\/strong> expressive modern oriental song<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Level:<\/strong> professional, semi-professional, advanced<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Language of classes:<\/strong> English<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Training dates and hours:<\/strong> every Wednesday between 9th March and 27th April 2022 (8 classes) at 7.30-8.30 pm (CET)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Live rehearsals:<\/strong> 2nd &amp; 3rd of May in Budapest, Hungary \u2013 in person (that means you need to travel to Budapest min. 3 days prior the festival)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Format:<\/strong> you can join the trainings<b>\u00a0live<\/b>\u00a0in Budapest OR\u00a0<b>online<\/b>\u00a0through Zoom. However it\u2019s adviced to be part of the trainings in real time, in case your time zone doesn\u2019t allow you to do so, re-watch option is possible too (except of the final rehearsal on the last week, and the live rehearsals in May.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1646306498729{background-color: #e8e8e8 !important;}&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Performer Participation:<\/strong> Limited spaces! Maximum 6 performers can be be selected to be cast for the project (with performing on stage).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Explorer Participation:<\/strong> YES you can be part of the project and benefit from the creative process even if you don\u2019t plan to perform. (In this case the live rehearsal is not obligatory and additional costs don\u2019t apply. Feedbacks \u2013 through videos \u2013 are also included.)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>Cost of the project for Performers:<\/strong> 250 EUR (includes 8 classes, 2 live rehearsals, feedbacks and guidance, live performance, photos and videos of the performance)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu\"><strong>For Explorers:<\/strong> 200 EUR<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<div>In addition to the fee, you\u2019ll be expected to cover your travel and accommodation expenses in Budapest, and the costume costs (which will be apx. 200 EUR and will be yours to keep).<strong> The project is available for CAIRO! Fest Budapest participants only, that means minimum 2 Day Passes bought for the Festival.<\/strong><\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Method of application:<\/strong><\/h5>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<div><strong>\u00a0send us a registration email with your dance CV and your dance video (YouTube link) not older than 2 years old by\u00a0<u>8th March<\/u>.<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>You will receive a Zoom link to the live online training class on the 9th March (7.30-8.30 pm CET) where you will be asked to take part as part of the audition. I will teach a combination that you will need to practice, record (yourself dancing it) and send it to us by <u>14th March<\/u>. (In case you can only rewatch the class video, you can still join, you will get the class video \u2013 but deadlines still apply.)<\/li>\n<li>You will be notified by 15th March whether your application was accepted or not.
