In this program you will first learn the five essential elements, then Mercedes will lead you through multiple combinations that culminate into two exciting, multi-layered mini-choreographies that help you practice the these elements. Each of the choreographies has a different focus – the first has an emphasis on the dramatic expression, and the second has a softer, more lyrical flavor. As a bonus, there is a warm-up and cool down, plus costumed performance by Mercedes.
